No problems, I would use this service again!.
As someone who has read both of Craig's books (the other being Muscular Re-training for Pain-Free Living, another must-have) in addition to working with him privately, I can say with confidence that the principles and exercises in this book are accurate and healthy, and lead to a better overall quality of body movement. I have learned to be aware of what is happening in my body, as well as what muscle groups are necessary (and not necessary) for particular movements.
I'm working my way through this book. It's the best treatment of the subject I've found, after having tried various approaches.
Sometimes the most profound changes we can make in our lives are the simplest. This is especially true about the exercises and information in Craig Williamson's book "Pain-Free Sitting, Standing and Walking" - for these simple exercises can literally change your life - I know they did for me.
